Frying Pan Potato Oat Pizza!

Pan Pizza
Pizza is a pleasant rarity on our boat, so we took full advantage of being next to a town to grab some cheese and make a pizza! We also don’t have an oven so we have to be creative with the frying pan.
Again, we have to find ways to make gluten free things without using overpriced gluten free flour. Alors! I mix up some oat flour and potato flakes for a great flour alternative, perhaps less sticky, but it will be good enough.

Pan Pizza Cooking
Pan Crust!
- Oat Flour
- Potato Flakes
- Flaxseed Eggs (eggs)
- oil or melted butter
- water
- white wine
- salt and pepper to taste
Toppings:
- onions
- cheddar cheese
- tomato sauce
- pepperoni (luxury item, we don’t normally eat pork, but once every 6 months!)
- olives
- green peppers
Mix all the ingredients up and roll into a ball. Put oil or butter in the pan and flatten the dough out into the pan. Once the one side is cooked, flip it and add your favourite toppings and then cover with the lid. Once the cheese has melted, you can cut slices in the pan, as the crust doesn’t hold together too well.
The pan pizza is fabulous option for those without an oven! Yum!
