Coconut Cafe!

Coffee and Coconut
When travelling in the tropics one of the best ways to enjoy a lovely cup of coffee and get your morning snack is to find a fresh, wild coconut!
Take a bite of coconut and then a sip of coffee, these two together create a magical flavor that I can’t begin to describe!

If you find yourself in the south, coconuts can be found in the water or washed up on the beach! If your interested in the coconut water, then you want to hunt down the green coconuts which are full of fresh coconut water! Just drill into them and pour out the juice.

If you are like us and more interested in the flesh from the coconut, then you want to find one with a brown shell that still sloshes with juice when you shake it about. These are a bit more tricky to get into as the thick husk needs to be hacked off either with a large blade, or other tool. Once the husk is removed it can be used for many things such as a composting agent. When the coconut has been peeled, a hard shell will remain. You can either drill into the shell to pour out the small portion of juice, or hack into it for the coconut meat.
