Pigs on the beach
We had heard of the infamous “Pig Island” and were determined to hear what all the fuss was about. Here at Noname Cay, the pigs will swim out to the boats and convince boaters to throw them their scraps. We rowed and brought some fruit scraps and tortilla’s over to the island. Pigs of all shapes and sizes flocked from all over to greet us. We offered them some food and they were mildly pushy for the tortilla scraps, a first come first serve type notion. If the big pig didn’t get her fair share, she was disapproving and would try to either nip at us, or the piglets. Regardless, it was great to hang out with the nice pigs and I’m sure we will be back!
